Our largest, spacious apartment decorated in loft style for up to four people. Exposed brick on one of the walls contrasts with distinctive accessories such as original pinwheels, fluted fronts on the dresser and kitchen, and a yellow neon sign mounted above the bed.
The apartment’s large space allowed for the insertion of a continental bed and an additional sofa bed, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family with two children or a group of friends.
The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette, four bedside tables, a table with two chairs, a closet with a velvet seat and a chest of drawers to store personal belongings. Thanks to carefully selected original furniture, lamps and accessories, the rooms gain character. The comfort of the stay is ensured by thick brick walls that muffle outside noises, while the apartment’s romantic mood is created by neon and colorful led lights above the bed, table and in the bathroom. Decorating the bathroom, decorated in dark colors, is a playful mural in the shower stall. Among the tropical plants and animals one can find an adorable toucan, images of which are also found elsewhere in the apartment.

Does it always have to be romantic to be nice? For those who have seen enough of red roses and chocolate hearts in their lives, we invite you to discover the industrial atmosphere of this apartment. The roughness of raw brick meets here in a tasty marriage with white walls and light woods. The décor is complemented by shiny brass lamps and … pieces of factory machinery entwined on the walls in a tight embrace. Additional excitement can be provided by hand-controlled coloured LEDs in all rooms, bringing a touch of madness to an interior full of discipline. A golden neon sign also awaits guests, hinting at where to start the evening.
The spacious interior promises a multitude of possibilities – from preparing food together on the long, black countertop to a refreshing shower for the senses with a touch of urban jungle wildness. For fans of soft games, we recommend the sofa upholstered in black velour, which allows you to sink not only into pleasure, but also into its soft recesses. At the same time, it remains at a practical distance from the vast continental bed, which is resistant to all the challenges of our time. The bricks on the walls don’t lie – 70 centimetres of wall separates you from external reality, offering privacy and… whatever comes to your unfettered imagination.

Equipment standard
When designing our interiors, we made every effort to create a place where beauty and style combine with comfort. During our private travels we lived in many apartments and hotels, so we learned the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions, and we put the accumulated knowledge into practice by creating a place where we ourselves would like to live. In each apartment and studio we took care of seemingly small matters, which, however, ultimately determine the satisfaction of the guest – high-quality materials, accessories that create the impression of coziness, comfortable beds with two comforters and pillows of different sizes, bedside tables, a variety of lighting, numerous contacts, benches and stools, suitcase racks, and blackout curtains and pleats in the windows. We have also provided good quality irons and ironing boards. For those who like to relax in front of the TV, we installed a TV with access to a full package of programs, movies and music. We also remembered about above-standard equipment of kitchenettes, in which, in addition to full crockery and a set of pots and pans, we installed induction hobs, microwaves, dishwashers and capsule coffee makers. In addition, cans of mineral water, fudge with our logo, company marketing materials with writing instruments and a map of Lodz await in the apartments. In the bathrooms, we installed dispensers with high-quality, natural ginseng cosmetics, and equipped them with hair dryers and fully assembled sets of hygienic utensils. The mirrors have additional backlighting installed, which makes it easier to apply careful makeup.
