Studio 13
A cozy, two-level studio designed for up to three people with a playful wallpaper with images of lemurs reflected in the mirrored wall behind the sofa. The wallpaper’s colors are the theme of this studio and are evident in many other elements of the space’s design, which is harmoniously complemented by the original ceiling lamps hanging in the room and hallway.
On the lower level of the studio there is a comfortable sofa bed, which can be easily unfolded, turning it into a full-size bed. A double mattress and a bookcase for personal belongings have been placed on the mezzanine.
The studio is equipped with a functional kitchen, a round dining table with two upholstered chairs, a large auxiliary table by the sofa and a small bookcase under the TV. A large closet in the hallway can be used to hang clothes and store suitcases. The bathroom, on the other hand, is equipped with a shower stall with a rain showerhead and is finished with original crimson tiles in dark green. A specially reinforced window top can serve as an additional seat, ideal for relaxing. Intimacy is provided by adjustable pleats in the window, which can be set at any height and thick, light-impermeable velvet curtains.

Deadly seriousness and good fun? It doesn’t go hand in hand! That’s why we have prepared this studio, which will allow you to simply relax and enjoy life in an energetic cocktail of forms, colours and textures. We were inspired by the Madagascan jungle, enlivening the senses with a whole myriad of sensations. A festival of green on the window, exotic animals on the walls, golden pineapples and palm trees on the cupboard doors – all this will provide you with a breather from everyday life and awaken in you the soul of an explorer… or perhaps a conqueror of unknown lands.
It is well known that unusual accessories are a good recipe for unforgettable moments! The studio offers unusual lighting, mirrors in surprising places and… the possibility to completely float away on a flying mezzanine island. The blue marble finishes of the bathroom and kitchenette suggest ideas for heavenly delights – indulge in the magic of table and beauty rituals and let the adventure carry you to fabulous places.

Equipment standard
When designing our interiors, we made every effort to create a place where beauty and style combine with comfort. During our private travels we lived in many apartments and hotels, so we learned the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions, and we put the accumulated knowledge into practice by creating a place where we ourselves would like to live. In each apartment and studio we took care of seemingly small matters, which, however, ultimately determine the satisfaction of the guest – high-quality materials, accessories that create the impression of coziness, comfortable beds with two comforters and pillows of different sizes, bedside tables, a variety of lighting, numerous contacts, benches and stools, suitcase racks, and blackout curtains and pleats in the windows. We have also provided good quality irons and ironing boards. For those who like to relax in front of the TV, we installed a TV with access to a full package of programs, movies and music. We also remembered about above-standard equipment of kitchenettes, in which, in addition to full crockery and a set of pots and pans, we installed induction hobs, microwaves, dishwashers and capsule coffee makers. In addition, cans of mineral water, fudge with our logo, company marketing materials with writing instruments and a map of Lodz await in the apartments. In the bathrooms, we installed dispensers with high-quality, natural ginseng cosmetics, and equipped them with hair dryers and fully assembled sets of hygienic utensils. The mirrors have additional backlighting installed, which makes it easier to apply careful makeup.
